Division  E Speech Contest will be September 19, 2015 at the Southwest Amarillo Public Library located at 6801 W 45th Street.  Judges and Contestant briefings will be at 9:30am with the contest being at 10:00am.  Come and enjoy speeches from the winners of the Area contests.

July 18, 2015 TLI

Thanks to everyone who attended the officers training "TLI" on July 18, 2015 in Hereford, TX.  We had a large meeting room and a classroom so that we could have concurrent sessions.  The presenters were awesome and I hope everyone had fun.



After the TLI, Natalie Waters conducted the District Officers training for the Area Directors and Division Director. Afterwards, we had an Area Directors meeting to establish some dates to help everyone plan their year.

Due to expected bad weather - the Amarillo Coffee Weekenders Toastmasters club program
 will NOT meet on Saturday, February 28th, 2015.

Join us March 14th, 2015 for an extended club Table Topics and International Speech Contests and event meeting.   We'll meet that day only from 9:30-11:00am at the Coffee Memorial Blood Center (7500 Wallace Blvd).

Come meet one of your District leaders. Hear about why goal-setting is important, why you should know about Moments of Truth for your club or any organization, Mentoring and its benefits, how to plan an Open House, Judges training, breakouts for each club officer role, and MORE! This training is required for club officers. Having at least four officers trained is an indication of a Quality Club and provides the club with achievement of half of Goal 9 for the Toastmaster year, starting July 1. Having seven officers trained means your club ROCKS! Officers: attending this training helps you progress towards an Advanced Leader Bronze achievement.
