Byron Taylor aka Captain Awesome has taken the leadership of the newly formed Panhandle Division of District 23, Region 3 of Toastmasters International, where leaders are made.
Three areas in the Division are Area 31 led by Anthony Rodriguez LD3, Area 32 led by Manisha Abhyankar DTM and Area 33 led by Shalom Agalaba DTM.
The pandemic has forced the clubs to either stop meeting in-person or adopt the new format of online meetings. We are here to support the members in the clubs in the Panhandle Division.
