Public Speaking: Awkward Hand Gestures

One of the things we learn in Toastmasters is gestures while presenting.  I had a terrible time with stamping my left foot when my back was hurting.   Some of my fellow Toastmasters pointed this out to me.   Now I make sure I keep my weight evenly on both my feet.   Other people may move their hands like they are chopping wood or agressively point their finger at the audience. What about someone that frowns through their entire speech?   All of these are distractors to the message you are trying to give to the audience.  Please enjoy this video!
